Yoga

Yoga needs no introduction these days. It is one of the fastest-growing methods of exercise in the UK. Some of the key benefits of yoga are:

• Higher energy and vitality levels – yoga unblocks trapped energy in your body which wards off fatigue and lethargy

• Wards of stress – in a period of tightening pressures, yoga breathing and stretching exercises teach us how to separate our inner and outer spaces, enabling us to manage stressful situations much better

• Better team-working – by taking a yoga class together, your team will communicate better, and even have some fun together.

Our yoga classes can be structured around your convenience, and last for 1 hour.

In-house yoga fee: £75 + VAT per class. Minimum 10 classes.
