At Ayurveda Retreat, we pride ourselves on offering the very best care for our guests. Please make yourself aware of our company policies and procedures described below. Our policies have been designed to ensure you enjoy a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.

Booking appointments

Please call us on 0118 958 8190 to book all appointments. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. We do not currently offer an online booking facility on our website.

Punctuality

We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to relax and prepare your mind and body. During this time, we will ask you to complete our medical history questionnaire.

Late arrivals

When you book an appointment we allocate your therapist(s) whose time is exclusively dedicated to you throughout your treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, we will endeavour to keep your appointment to its original length if there are no other appointments following yours. If that is the case, you may opt to shorten your treatment, or you may prefer to re-schedule your appointment to another time, in which case a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.

Cancellation policy

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. If this is the case, we request you to notify us of your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment on weekdays, and 48 hours on weekends. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled treatment. As a service, you will receive a call or SMS, the day before your scheduled appointment, to remind you.

Payment information

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash and Ayurveda Retreat gift vouchers. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept personal cheques.

Mobile phones

In order to preserve the tranquillity of Ayurveda Retreat, we respectfully request that you turn your mobile phone off on arrival.

Refunds

We would be happy to offer you a full refund on any purchases you have made provided you return them unopened within 7 days of purchase.

Courses

When you purchase a course of treatments or classes, you will receive a discounted price. Because of this discounted price, payment is to be made at the beginning of your course. Unfortunately, these courses are not refundable. However, you may choose to receive the unused value of your course in the form of gift certificates which will remain valid for six months from the date of issue.

Smoking

Ayurveda Retreat is a smoke-free zone.
