Archana is a graduate in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from the University of Pune in India. She is trained by a renowned Ayurvedic consultant in Pune and worked in his hospital before starting her own practice.
Archana is passionate about the wellbeing of people, particularly women’s health. She has experience of treating those experiencing backache, arthritis, stomach disorders (eg gastritis and IBS), skin problems and weight management issues using traditional Ayurvedic medicines, Panchakarama and specially tailored diets based on an individual’s Prakruti.
Before relocating to the UK, Archana had her own practice in India for six years that focused on Ayurvedic Medicine and Panchkarma treatment. During this period she successfully helped a number of patients with managing their health issues.
