Sciatica Care Plan Now Available

15 Jan 2019

Ayurveda & Sciatica Ever wondered if Ayurveda can help with sciatica? If so then the answer is yes, most definitely. Like with all ailments and health concerns, Ayurveda addresses the root of the problem rather than simply addressing the symptoms, so Ayurvedic treatment for sciatica is most effective when the key contributory causes can be determined. And what may be contributing to sciatic pain for one person may not necessarily be the same as for someone else suffering with exactly the same discomfort. This is why a personalised Ayurvedic therapy approach to sciatica is recommended if you’re wanting more than just short-term relief.   Our Sciatica Care Plan Our customised Sciatica.

As you may remember, we suffered some pretty devastating fire damage here at Ayurveda Retreat but things have now been restored and we are well and truly back to being fully operational, hooray!
