- Refunds not available on packages purchased;
- All five treatments must be redeemed within 18 months of purchase (this includes a six month extension of the specified expiration date due to current climate);
- Treatment not available if pregnant;
- Packages can currently only be redeemed over the phone or in-store, and cannot be exchanged for cash;

- Appointment bookings subject to our standard Cancellation Policy.
