Ayurveda recommends Panchakarma to be done regularly as a method of preserving health and promoting longevity. Your treatment plan will be designed and performed by experienced Ayurvedic Practitioners and Ayurvedic Therapists. Clients will be offered 24 hour residential care with daily treatments and freshly prepared food, which is suitable for the Panchakarma. The programme will utilise authentic Ayurvedic herbal preparations.

Ayurveda Retreat would like to warmly invite you to join one of two upcoming Panchakarma health retreats taking place in South India during November and December 2019.

This November and December Ayurveda Retreat is organising two wonderful health retreats in two very reputable and authentic Ayurvedic clinics in South India. There you will be able to undergo a deep cleaning of the body and mind under the guidance of one the the best and most experienced Ayurvedic doctors in India.

Karolina Raczynska, who is one of our Ayurvedic Medicine consultants, will be looking after you during your visit and the treatment will be planned by the very experienced doctors from the clinics.
