Terms & Conditions of Purchase
- Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded following purchase;
- Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 18 months of purchase (this includes a six month extension of the specified expiration date due to current climate);
- Gift Vouchers can currently only be redeemed over the phone or in-store, and cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Gift Vouchers are issued as e-vouchers so will be sent to your email address. If, however, you would like the voucher to go to an alternative email address, or you would like a hard-copy voucher to be sent to a postal address, then please use the ‘Order notes’ box on the ‘Billing details’ page when purchasing to advise;
- If you are purchasing more than one Gift Voucher then please be aware that we will send separate e-vouchers UNLESS you advise us via the ‘Order notes’ section during purchase that you would like one lump-sum Gift Voucher;
- Gift Vouchers are not automatically issued following online purchase but instead processed manually by our reception team during our opening hours, so if your purchase is urgent then please call us on 0118 958 8190 to request prompt despatch.
