Covid-19 Safety Measures

To help ensure the safety of clients and staff, we will be…

• Encouraging clients to book appointments online;
• Requesting completion and email return of a Covid-19 client consent form prior to appointments;
• Staggering appointments to limit the number of clients in reception at one time;
• Checking clients’, therapists’ and reception staff’s temperatures as soon they arrive at Ayurveda Retreat;
• Avoiding handshaking on greeting clients;
• Ensuring all therapists sanitise and clean their hands before and after each treatment;
• Pausing our shower and steam service;
• Allowing extra time between treatments to enable thorough cleaning;
• Regularly cleaning surfaces, door handles and washrooms;
• Only accepting contactless card payments;
• Conducting reception duties from behind a Perspex screen.

And from you, we kindly ask that you please…

• Book appointments via our website, if possible;
• Complete and return (via email) the Covid-19 client consent form on our website, prior to your appointment;
• Bring your own mask (disposable masks will be available, if required);
• Sanitise your hands on entry into Ayurveda Retreat (sanitiser available, if required);
• Bring your own drinks/refreshments as we will not be able to provide any, unfortunately;
• Respect social distancing rules whilst in reception, as regards staff and any other clients;
• Cancel your appointment if you are showing ANY symptom of Covid-19.

**Pre-Treatment Forms For Completion**

Once you have made a booking, please download and complete a copy of our Covid-19 consent form and our standard client form, returning both to info@ayurveda-retreat.co.uk ahead of your visit. By doing so you will be helping to ensure the safety of staff and fellow clients, as well as helping reduce wait time in our reception area ahead of treatments.
