Reflexology involves the application of pressure to various parts of the foot using careful and systematic movements of the therapist’s thumbs and fingers. The core belief behind Reflexology is that every part of our body connects back to a specific point on our feet, hands or ears. For this reason, manipulation of these points is used to promote healing wherever our body requires it. At the very least, Reflexology is a thoroughly relaxing experience and one that will boost energy levels and general wellbeing.

By doing so you will be helping to ensure the safety of staff and fellow clients, as well as helping reduce wait time in our reception area ahead of treatments.
